More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows 5-Inch Holiday Plush 6-Pack – Christmas Cozy Squad
This 6-pack of 5-inch plush toys stands out for offering a variety of festive characters in one compact set, making it ideal for holiday gifting or decorating. Compared with larger plush options like Ulysses the Black Christmas Tree, this set is more versatile for small hands and easy to display. However, the limited size means it may not satisfy collectors seeking more substantial plush toys, and it’s clearly focused on holiday use, which restricts year-round appeal. The detailed accessories and cheerful designs make these plush perfect for spreading holiday cheer, but their small size limits their role as main cuddly companions for older kids or adults. This set makes the most sense for families wanting an affordable, festive collection to enhance holiday décor or gift baskets.
Pros:- Includes a variety of festive characters in one set
- Compact size perfect for cuddling and carrying
- Great as holiday gifts or decorations
Cons:- Limited to 5-inch size, may not appeal for larger plush fans
- Only suitable for holiday-themed use
Best for: Parents shopping for affordable holiday plush sets for young children or holiday decorations
Not ideal for: Collectors seeking larger, more detailed plush or those wanting year-round plush companions
- Quantity:6-pack
- Size:5 inches
- Characters:Cam, Darla, Brooke, Milanda, Lala, Ryan
Our verdict“This set is ideal for holiday gift-giving or decorating with young children in mind who prefer small, collectible plush toys.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log with Holly – Official Holiday Plush
Fleur the Yule Log offers a charming, whimsical take on holiday plush, with a soft and high-quality feel that makes it perfect for cuddling or as a decorative piece. Unlike the smaller Micromallows Advent Calendar, Fleur’s 8-inch size provides a more substantial presence without overwhelming a space. The character’s festive design and accompanying bio add a collectible appeal, though the holiday-specific theme limits use outside the season. Compared with the Ulysses Christmas Tree plush, Fleur’s playful design may appeal more to children and collectors looking for a cute holiday accent, but it’s less versatile for all-year display. This plush makes the most sense for those wanting a cozy, collectible holiday ornament that also functions as a gift or decor piece.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Unique character with festive design
- Includes a bio and name for added collectibility
Cons:- Limited to 8 inches, may not appeal to those wanting larger plush
- Specific holiday theme may restrict year-round use
- Design might be too niche for some collectors
Best for: Holiday collectors and families seeking a whimsical, festive plush for decorating or cuddling during the season
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting a plush that can serve as a year-round decoration or larger cuddly toy
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Fleur the Yule Log with Holly
- Model Name:Style 1
- Unit Count:1
- Model Number:SQXM01216
Our verdict“Fleur is well-suited for those who want a cute, collectible holiday plush with a whimsical touch for seasonal décor and cuddling.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This exclusive 4-pack offers a curated selection of holiday-themed Squishmallows like Maritza the Cactus and Tinsley the Peppermint Latte, making it perfect for gifting or creating a festive display. Compared with the Micromallows Advent Calendar, this set provides larger plush options that are more suitable for hugging and display. While the characters have engaging bios that add personality, the limited set of characters means less variety for those wanting a broader collection. The absence of size details suggests these are smaller than the 8-inch Fleur, but still bigger than tiny Micromallows, offering a good balance for casual collectors. It’s a smart choice for buyers who want a quick holiday collection without investing in larger plush or repeat characters.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Includes four characters with unique bios
- Official Jazwares product, Amazon exclusive
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters
- No size information provided
- Seasonal item, not for year-round use
Best for: Families or collectors seeking a small, themed plush set for holiday gifting or decoration
Not ideal for: Those wanting a large plush or a broad, non-seasonal collection of Squishmallows
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Maritza, Stevon, Clayton, Tinsley
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“This 4-pack offers a convenient, themed holiday collection ideal for gift-givers and casual fans looking for a quick seasonal update.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar packs a festive punch with 24 miniature 2.5-inch Squishmallows, making it ideal for holiday countdowns and small gift exchanges. Unlike larger plush like Ulysses, these tiny plush are perfect for stacking, decorating, or gifting in small doses. The inclusion of popular characters like Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat adds to their appeal, but the small size means they aren’t suited for cuddling or play by very young children. Compared to the Ulysses plush, the Micromallows are more about collecting and decorating rather than cuddling. It’s a fun, limited-use seasonal item best suited for dedicated Squishmallows fans or holiday countdown enthusiasts.
Pros:- Includes 24 miniature plush for countdown fun
- Official Squishmallows product with collectible appeal
- Features popular holiday characters
Cons:- Small size may not appeal to those wanting larger plush
- Limited to holiday use
- Repetitive for collectors not specifically interested in holiday themes
Best for: Fans who enjoy daily surprises and decorating with tiny plush during the holiday season
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking larger plush for cuddling or long-term display outside the holiday season
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“This advent calendar is perfect for dedicated holiday countdowns and fans who love tiny collectible plush with seasonal charm.”
Squishmallows 20in Ulysses The Black Christmas Tree Plush
Ulysses the Black Christmas Tree stands out as a bold, sizable plush that doubles as a striking holiday display piece. Its 20-inch size makes it significantly larger than other options like Fleur or the Micromallows, offering a substantial presence for holiday décor or collectors seeking a statement item. Crafted with plush, high-quality material, Ulysses combines softness with visual impact. Unlike smaller plush, its size might be overwhelming for small children or tight spaces, but it excels as a decorative centerpiece. Compared to smaller, more cuddly options, Ulysses prioritizes visual appeal and display. This plush makes the most sense for shoppers wanting a unique, sizable holiday accent or a gift for serious collectors willing to accommodate its large footprint.
Pros:- Significantly large at 20 inches for a dramatic display
- High-quality plush with soft feel
- Unique holiday-themed design with a bio for personality
Cons:- Limited to seasonal use due to size and theme
- Only available in one character design
- Too large for small children or casual cuddling
Best for: Decorators and collectors wanting a large, eye-catching holiday plush for display or gifting
Not ideal for: Small children or those seeking cuddly, portable plush for everyday play
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Ulysses
- Model Name:Style 1
- Unit Count:1
- Model Number:SQXM01219
Our verdict“Ulysses is ideal for those who want a bold, seasonal décor piece that doubles as a collector’s item or large holiday gift.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) – Amazon Exclusive
This exclusive 4-pack offers a delightful assortment of holiday-themed Squishmallows, including Ingred the Purple Cow and Luna the Penguin, making it ideal for gifting or adding a splash of Christmas cheer to any space. Compared with the larger U.S. holiday plush, this set focuses on smaller, portable characters that are easier to display in tight spaces. The plush material is ultrasoft, ensuring cozy cuddles, but the limited character variety and small size may not satisfy serious collectors seeking detailed or larger plush. This bundle works well for those who want a quick holiday decor upgrade or multiple cute gifts in one package.
Pros:- Festive and adorable holiday-themed characters
- Made with ultrasoft, cuddly material
- Includes unique bios for each character
Cons:- Limited to holiday characters, reducing year-round appeal
- Small size may be too petite for some collectors
Best for: Holiday gift givers seeking a cute, themed bundle suitable for children and casual collectors
Not ideal for: Serious plush collectors or those wanting larger, more detailed figures for display
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Plush
- Quantity:4-pack
- Material:Ultrasoft fabric
Our verdict“This set is perfect for those who want a cheerful, easy-to-display holiday plush collection or gift set.”
Squishmallows 10-Inch Ignacio Snowman Holiday Plush
This 10-inch Ignacio Snowman is a charming, cuddly plush that appeals both to kids and collectors eager for winter-themed characters. Unlike the smaller Micromallows, Ignacio offers a more substantial size, making it suitable for hugs and display. However, its focus on a single character limits variety, and some may find the size too modest compared to larger holiday plush like the 14-inch Santa. Its soft, inviting texture encourages imaginative scenarios, making it a versatile gift for the holiday season.
Pros:- Super soft and cuddly, perfect for hugging
- Encourages imaginative play with a festive character
- Great size for both kids and display
Cons:- Limited to one character, reducing collection diversity
- May be too small for those who prefer larger plush toys
Best for: Parents or collectors wanting a soft, mid-sized snow-themed plush for play or display
Not ideal for: Those seeking a large, statement holiday plush or a diverse set of characters
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Model Name:SQXM01071
- Size:10 inches
- Character:Snowman
- Age Range:3 years and up
Our verdict“Ideal for holiday-themed cuddling and imaginative fun, especially for those who prefer a single, well-made character.”
Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus Plush
Nick the Santa Claus plush at 14 inches stands out with its fun Hawaiian shirt twist on a classic figure, making it a great centerpiece for holiday decor or a collector’s display. Compared to the smaller Buddy the Elf, this plush offers a more substantial, huggable size that appeals to those who prefer a more prominent holiday mascot. Its high-quality ultrasoft material ensures comfort, but its specific Santa theme and size limit its appeal to fans of holiday characters or larger plush collectors. This plush is a festive addition that balances size with detailed character design.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality material for cuddling
- Large enough to serve as holiday decor
- Unique Santa character with fun attire
Cons:- Limited appeal to those not interested in Santa or holiday characters
- Size may be too bulky for small spaces
Best for: Holiday collectors or families wanting a sizable, distinctive Santa plush for decoration or gifting
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking a smaller, more portable plush or casual gift options
- Size:14 inches
- Character:Nick the Santa Claus
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
Our verdict“Great for those who want a festive, sizable Santa plush that stands out during the holidays.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday Micromallows Plush Bouquet
This plush bouquet presents three tiny 2.5-inch Micromallows—Laurel the Christmas Tree, Zumir the Peppermint Moose, and Brooke the Polar Bear—making it ideal for festive display or small gift-giving. Compared with the larger holiday plush like Ignacio or Buddy, these tiny characters are more portable and easier to incorporate into holiday décor or stocking stuffers. However, their small size limits their appeal to those seeking plush for cuddling or detailed display. These Micromallows are best suited for fans who enjoy collecting small, adorable characters or adding a bit of holiday cheer to compact spaces.
Pros:- Compact size perfect for display or on-the-go
- Includes three different characters for variety
- Soft and plush, suitable for gentle cuddling
Cons:- Limited size makes them less suitable for cuddling
- No detailed features due to tiny scale
Best for: Fans of tiny plush collectibles or those needing a cute, portable holiday gift
Not ideal for: People wanting large, huggable plush or detailed display pieces
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:3 Micromallows
- Characters:Laurel, Zumir, Brooke
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“Perfect for collectors or anyone who wants a small, festive plush to add charm to their holiday décor.”
Squishmallows Buddy the Elf 12in Plush
Buddy the Elf at 12 inches offers a familiar, cuddly companion for fans of the movie, making it an appealing choice for holiday travel or cozy nights at home. Its officially licensed design and ultrasoft fabric ensure a high-quality feel, but the focus on a single character means it lacks the variety of multi-character sets like the holiday 4-pack. The size strikes a good balance for portability and display, yet it may not satisfy those looking for larger plush or a collection of holiday figures. This plush makes a reliable holiday gift for fans of the character or those seeking a soft travel buddy.
Pros:- Soft, ultrasoft material ideal for cuddling
- Officially licensed, authentic character design
- Perfect size for travel or bedtime cuddles
Cons:- Limited to one character, restricting variety
- Price comparison is difficult without specific value info
Best for: Fans of the Elf movie or parents seeking a travel-friendly holiday plush
Not ideal for: Collectors wanting a larger or more diverse holiday plush collection
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Buddy the Elf
- Size:12 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Age Range:Toddler
Our verdict“Great for Elf fans or anyone wanting a portable, cuddly holiday plush for everyday use or travel.”
Squishmallows Micromallows 4-Pack Holiday Wreath
This set of four 2.5-inch Micromallows shines as a festive, collectible addition for holiday decor or gift-giving. Compared to larger plush options like the Squishmallows 12in Hedda the Milk for Santa, these tiny plushies are more versatile for decorating small spaces or stocking stuffers. However, their limited size and holiday-only theme might disappoint those seeking year-round collectibles. The official Squishmallows design and authenticity seal make them appealing for collectors, while their small size makes them easy to display or carry. Tradeoffs include limited character variety and seasonal appeal.
Pros:- Cute, festive holiday designs that enhance seasonal decor
- Compact size ideal for collection, decoration, or gifting
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters, reducing versatility
- Small size may not appeal to all collectors or children seeking larger plushies
Best for: Holiday decor enthusiasts and collectors looking for small, festive accents.

- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:4 Micromallows plush toys
- Theme:Holiday Wreath
- Design:Festive holiday characters
- Authenticity:Official Squishmallows
- Collection Type:Limited edition holiday set
Our verdict“This set is perfect for holiday decor lovers and collectors wanting tiny, festive plushies for seasonal display.”
Squishmallows Holiday Fox 14” Plush
The Holiday Fox 14-inch plush offers a cuddly, high-quality squish experience with a unique name and bio that add a personal touch for collectors. Compared to the smaller Micromallows, this plush provides a more substantial and huggable size, making it suitable for display or active play. However, the lack of detailed features beyond its soft material and bio means it might not satisfy those seeking a wide array of interactive elements. Its plush, ultra-soft fabric and individualized character make it a standout for fans who want a special holiday gift or collectible. Tradeoffs involve limited extra features and no detailed care instructions.
Pros:- Ultra-soft, high-quality material enhances cuddling and display appeal
- Unique name and bio personalize the collectible experience
- Perfect size for hugging and holiday decoration
Cons:- Limited additional features beyond softness and bio
- No detailed care instructions or durability info provided

Our verdict“Ideal for serious collectors or fans who want a soft, personalized holiday plush for display or gifting.”
Squishmallows 10-Inch Brooke Polar Bear Holiday Plush
The 10-inch Brooke Polar Bear combines softness and adorable design, making it a great gift for kids and a cuddly companion for travel or bedtime. Compared to smaller plush options like the Micromallows, this size offers more huggability and comfort, though it may be too small for older children or adults seeking larger plush figures. Its plush, cuddly exterior is perfect for hugging, but its size and limited features might not satisfy serious collectors looking for display pieces. Still, its holiday-themed design and suitability for children aged 3 and up make it a versatile gift choice. Tradeoffs include size limitations and limited appeal for mature collectors.
Pros:- Super soft, cuddly material ideal for hugging and comfort
- Adorable holiday design perfect for gifting
- Suitable for children aged 3+, portable for travel
Cons:- Limited to a single size and plush, which may not satisfy collectors
- Some may find it too small for older children or adults

Squishmallows 12in Hedda the Milk for Santa Plush
The 12-inch Hedda the Milk for Santa plush offers a balanced size for cuddling and display, featuring ultrasoft fabric and a fun holiday theme that appeals to collectors and kids alike. Compared to the smaller Micromallows, Hedda provides a more substantial, huggable presence, yet remains manageable for little hands. Its official licensing and unique character design make it a festive collectible, though its size and seasonal focus limit year-round versatility. The plush’s soft material and holiday character make it a thoughtful gift for children or fans of Santa-themed decor. Tradeoffs include seasonal limitation and medium size that might not suit very young children for rough play.
Pros:- Soft, ultrasoft plush material suitable for cuddling
- Officially licensed with a fun holiday character
- Medium size offers a good balance for display and hugging
Cons:- Seasonal use limits year-round display
- Size may not be ideal for very young children who prefer larger plush toys

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
When choosing the best squishmallows for the holiday season, consider several factors that influence both their appeal and practicality. Size is key—larger plushes serve as decorative statement pieces, while smaller ones are ideal for gifting or stocking stuffers. Character variety can make a collection more festive and personalized, but also impacts price. Durability and fabric quality matter for holiday use, especially if plushes will be handled frequently or used as decor. Budget considerations are important, but investing in a well-made, larger plush can sometimes offer better long-term value. Finally, packaging—sets versus individual plushes—can affect the overall holiday gifting experience.Size and Display Potential
Choosing the right size depends on how you intend to use the plush. Larger plushes, like the 20-inch Ulysses the Christmas Tree, serve as eye-catching holiday decor or statement gifts. Smaller sizes, such as 4- or 5-inch packs, are perfect for stocking stuffers or creating a festive scene without overwhelming space. Keep in mind that larger plushes tend to be more expensive and take up more room, but they can be treasured keepsakes. Conversely, smaller plushes can be more versatile, but may lack the visual impact of their larger counterparts.Character Selection and Theming
The holiday theme is expressed through character choices—think snowmen, Santa, elves, or festive animals. Sets often include a mix of these characters, providing variety and making a collection more engaging. Unique or exclusive characters, like the official holiday plushes, can appeal to collectors looking for limited editions. However, focusing solely on popular characters might limit options for those seeking more personalized or themed decor. Balancing character appeal with theme consistency helps ensure the plush fits your holiday aesthetic.Material Quality and Durability
Holiday plushes need to withstand handling and display, so fabric quality and stitching matter. Look for plushes with soft, durable fabric that can be cleaned easily—especially if kids will be involved. Well-made plushes tend to maintain their shape and color over time, making them suitable for year-round display after the holidays. Cheaper or poorly stitched plushes might fray or lose fluff quickly, reducing their longevity as holiday keepsakes or gifts. Investing in quality ensures your plush remains a festive favorite for seasons to come.Budget and Value
While budget plays a role, it’s worth considering long-term value when choosing holiday plushes. Sets or multi-packs, like the 6-pack of 5-inch plushes, offer variety at a lower per-item cost, making them ideal for gifting multiple recipients. Larger plushes tend to cost more but can serve as decorative pieces or cherished collectibles. Sometimes, paying a bit more for a plush with higher-quality materials or a limited edition can make a meaningful difference. Avoid sacrificing quality for price, especially if you want the plush to last beyond a single season.Packaging and Set Options
Holiday squishmallows often come in sets, which provide a curated selection of characters and are great for gifting or creating a festive display. Sets like the 4-pack of mini Micromallows or the 6-pack of 5-inch plushes maximize variety and value. However, individual plushes may be better if you’re looking for a specific character or a standout piece. Consider how the packaging aligns with your gifting plans—sets can simplify holiday shopping, but individual plushes allow for more personalized choices.Frequently Asked Questions
Are squishmallows suitable for young children during the holidays?
Yes, squishmallows are generally soft, plush, and safe for children. However, it’s important to check the specific age recommendations and ensure the plush has no small parts that could pose a choking hazard for very young children. For holiday use, their soft texture makes them excellent cuddly companions, and larger plushes can double as decorative accents in kids’ rooms. Always supervise younger kids with plush toys if there are any concerns about durability or small accessories.Which size of squishmallow is best for holiday gifting?
The ideal size depends on your gifting intent. Smaller plushes, like the 5-inch packs, are perfect for stocking stuffers or party favors, allowing you to gift multiple plushes at once. Medium-sized plushes, around 10 inches, strike a good balance between display value and portability, making them a versatile gift option. Larger plushes, such as the 20-inch Ulysses, make a statement and can serve as room decor, but are less practical for carrying or multiple gifts. Consider the recipient’s preferences and your budget when choosing size. Are limited edition or exclusive squishmallows worth the extra cost?
Limited edition or exclusive squishmallows often have unique designs or character features that appeal to collectors or dedicated fans. They can add a special touch to your holiday collection or gift, making them potentially more memorable. However, they tend to be more expensive and may not be as versatile for everyday use. If you value rarity and exclusivity, investing in these plushes makes sense. For casual gifting or decoration, standard options often provide better overall value. How do I clean and maintain my holiday squishmallows?
Most squishmallows can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt or stains. For more thorough cleaning, some plushes may be machine washable—check the care label for guidance. To maintain their softness and shape, avoid harsh detergents or high heat when drying. Proper storage after the holidays, such as in a sealed container or a dust-free spot, can help preserve their appearance for future seasons. Regular gentle cleaning keeps them looking festive and fresh year after year.Should I buy a set or individual plush for the holidays?
Buying a set can be more cost-effective and offers a variety of characters, making it ideal for gifting multiple people or creating a festive display. Sets also add an element of surprise and fun, especially when the characters are themed around the holiday. However, individual plushes allow for a more personalized gift or decor choice if you have a specific character or size in mind. Consider your budget, the recipient’s preferences, and whether you want variety or a single standout piece when making your decision. Conclusion
For those seeking the best overall holiday plush, the Squishmallows 5-Inch Holiday Plush 6-Pack offers great variety and value, making it ideal for gifting multiple friends or creating a festive scene. If you prioritize a standout decor piece, the Ulysses The Black Christmas Tree Plush provides a bold, eye-catching addition to holiday displays. Budget-conscious shoppers may find the sets of smaller plushes to be the most practical, while collectors or fans of limited editions should consider exclusive or larger plush options. For newcomers to squishmallows, the mid-sized, soft, and cheerful plushes like Buddy the Elf make accessible and charming introduction gifts. Ultimately, selecting the right plush depends on your intended use, budget, and personal taste—this list aims to guide you to the perfect holiday companion.
